Ninja Sushi in Auburn

We went there awhile ago and didn't care for it to much. Came back to it for convenience and it was amazing. I don't know if they got two new cooks or what but the food and sauces were some of the best I have had in the area. The service was very impressive on a busy night as well.

Staff was quick and attentive, food was quite good. Had 2 rolls, soup and a drink for less than $20. Would stop by again if I'm in the area :-)

Cozy atmosphere, good service, good food

I love the food I really do. Hence why I drove from grassvalley cause they said they were open and they were closed. I'm pregnant and upset. This isn't the first time this has happened either

The sushi is absolutely AMAZING!! The Dragon Crunch is one of my all time favorites and is part of the lunch special that includes salad and miso soup. Such a great deal and even better food. Tom is my favorite in the kitchen, he makes rolls that are to die for😍

As a sashimi lover Ninja has my heart and my five stars! Try the Ono, it's addictive. If you're more of a bells and whistles sushi eater there's a delicious room that they serve quite literally on fire. 🔥😋🍥🍻

This place used to be better. The chefs used to be interactive and creative to the customer needs. The chef on 6/24/19 was a huge disappointment and lacks imagination. Sushi chefs are supposed to be creative. Not this guy. We asked for a roll with no rice or the fake crab mix, due to dietary restrictions. This guy's answer was "I don't know, ask the waitress." Basically, he didn't want to engage with the customer or think about the customer need/request. That is a far cry from how this restaurant used to run. It used to have creative chefs who enjoyed serving and engaging with customers. We will be looking for a new Sushi place.

Service is swift, food is delicious, and the atmosphere is great for a meal with friends. Ninja Sushi quickly became one of my favourite places to visit.

I was rather happy that they did not put a straw in my drink. The sushi is pretty darn tasty too. I love the Dragon Crunch Roll! 🍣 forever!

Went to Ninja Sushi for my daughters 13th birthday party. Nice atmosphere. Cool location near downtown Auburn so you can take a stroll through town after you eat. Service was excellent and food was very good. Roll selection is impressive. Topped it off with mochi and an amazing deep fried ice cream complete with a candle. Don't forget to spin the wheel of fortune on your birthday. Nice touch! My son now wants to go first his birthday. Thanks Ninja!

We've been going here for years. The sushi is really good. The servers and sushi chefs are always very nice. They have fried ice cream too that is delicious!

Some of the best sushi I have ever had pricing for rolls is mainly between 10-15 dollars. The rolls are bigger than rolls I have gotten at most other sushi restaurants. The atmosphere inside is rather laid back and relaxing as well. All in all a great place to enjoy sushi and chat with friends and family.

Auburn has a secret gem in Old Town!! Amazing and kind service with delicious and affordable options! The Ocean roll is fantastic and they offer unique items like baked green mussels.

This spot is my preferred one. I eat in a lot of restaurants but to this place I go the most. The crew is very chummy and the food they serve is so tasty. I never miss an opportunity to have a nice meal here. Highly recommended.

I'm changing my review, although the food is great we just had to walk out and go somewhere else because we sat for nearly 15 minutes with only a menu. It is the second time we have had poor service so we left.

We were at Ninja Sushi on a Monday night. The service was exceptionally quick. The food was delicious and the presentation beautiful. There are so many fabulous rolls to choose from that I'm looking forward to many trips to explore them all. We just moved into the Auburn area, and this is the first sushi place that tastes on par with Zakuro in Lincoln (it's the third sushi place we've tried).Excellent! And the staff was very friendly and even remembered my husband, though he'd only been there once before.

Amazing! We ordered 18 rolls and a bunch of sashimi. Very happy with our order everything was delicious.

Phenomenal food, fantastic service. Godzilla is a really great roll and I think it was the crunch dragon that we got today.

Always very fresh one of a couple sushi places in Auburn the next ones are probably 40 miles away so I'm going to say it's the best I was get donburi bowls with sake salmon my daughter casseroles and some sashimi if you're on 80 on the way back from Tahoe or live in the area go everything is always very fresh !

This is our favorite Sushi Bar. The service and food is always fantastic. The staff is very friendly and there is good positive energy in the atmosphere. Munk, who is one of the chef's is such a delight.

The toilet is not secured to the floor I almost fell off with the toilet other then that sushi was great
